We  offer a standard range of sound proof Acoustic Enclosures from 5 KVA to 2000 KVA. Called Generator cover or canopy-they are offered for different generators various specifications, particularly designed with service access and engine cooling -as prime design cosideration. Modular contruction for easy assembly and disassembly is ensured.  Out door design and modular assembly allows shifting and use at different  sites.

We have inhouse CNC fabrication machinery and use quality raw material, which ensures their durability and efficiency for long term usage.

All our r enclosures are designed to allow the maximum aspiration and cooling airflow required so the engine does not overheat. Weather louvers, acoustic louvers, splitter and baffles are provided to suppress the noise but dissipitate the heat.

The enclosure outer walls generally consist of 1.6-2 mm thickness of CRCA steel sheeting, and are internally lined to meet your requirements. The lining material is Rockwool covered with GI perforated sheet.

Powder Paint is done for maximum life in outdoor conditions.r

Most of our acoustic enclosures are completed at our factory and are ready to go directly into service. Each acoustic enclosure installation is treated individually. Site evaluations are carried out to determine the type of enclosure required.
